Here's a little of my history...

I am 36 and I've had Nipple discharge in one duct on my left breast for 6 months. I was sent for a mammogram, ultrasound and everything looked great.( Birads 2) So I was relieved and thought it was maybe just some weird hormonal changes. My youngest child is 6 yrs old and I bottle fed her , so I was skeptical when my family dr said it was mastitis. He tested the discharge and it wasn't mastitis. At this point I went to a specialist and she sent the discharge to be tested and it's came back as Atypical cells. She sent me for an MRI and it came back normal as well, but the radiologist recommended surgery to remove a dilated duct in the 6 o'clock position due tothe cytology results.

I had surgery yesterday ( Happy Valentine's Day 😜) and they ended up removing 2 dilated ducts and sending them off to pathology.

Now the reason for my post...I am miserable. My pain is not as bad as yesterday , which felt like someone was twisting my nipple with pliers 😱, but I am vomiting every time I drink or eat anything. Can't keep meds down, including my anti nausea meds. Has anyone experienced this? Does it get better? At what point should I call my dr? Thanks ladies for listening to me whine. Crossing my fingers for benign results
