Help with biopsy pathology results

Hi, I got my pathology results and am having a lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy next Wednesday. The biopsy pathology was reported as:

DCIS Sections from both specimens show duct carcinoma in situ cribriform
and papillary, grade2/3 with calcifications.
There is focus of few cells in specimen #A suspicious for
microinvasion as well as few clusters of loose malignant cells without
stroma which could not be assessed for invasion.

I'm confused about the few clusters of loose malignant cells. Could these have been caused by the biospy? Could they be IDC? I didn't think to ask this question when I got the results and looking on "Dr. Google" hasn't given me any insight. Wondering if anyone has had this on their pathology report and knows more about it. Also I'm wondering if suspicious for microinvasion usually turns out to be a microinvasion or even IDC? The non-mass enhancement on MRI is 4.7 by 5.5 by 2.4 cm (SI by AP by TV) which seems pretty big to me but if it is DCIS that is not a bad thing. I think I may be asking you if you have a crystal ball. Sorry if that is the case. I am finding the wait for surgery and then the added wait for pathology to be incredibly difficult.

    Call your doctor and ask for clarification. They should be able to explain the results to you. You also can call the pathology lab. They don't get to talk with patients that often, so my experience was when they do, they are very kind and happy to explain.
