The good news (which I found out last week) is that the diagnosis from my surgery was good 'ol papillomata without atypia. However, I got the full report today & my doctor doesn't exactly communicate, so I'm left to figure this mumbo-jumbo out on my own. Any takers?

"The black-inked posterior resection margin is focally positive for papilloma, the red-inked anterior resection margin less than 1mm from same at rare foci. Though without atypia, they are focally involved by variably prominet usual intraductal epithelial hyperplasia, some areas florid. Given the multifocality seen on this evaluation, the possibility of additional/residual papillomata cannot be excluded. The remaining breast tissue shows fibrocystic changes with rare classic acinar microcalcifications."
