Ladies talk to your PS about these.  I HIGHLY recommend them.  I had Bilateral mastectomy and LD flap at the same time, with the Aeroform Expanders.  I had the 600cc size.  Doc prefilled to 200 at time of surgery.

They gave me a little remote and I filled myself at home.  I was able to wait until I FELT I was ready to start the fills.  They fill 10cc's at time and you can fill every 8 hours.  I did several fills and then held off waiting for my Oncotype.  If I needed chemo I was not going to fill anymore.  Once I got results and found out no chemo I started filling again.  I never really felt pressure.  I could not tell they were inflating.  It was so nice to not have to go to PS office and get stuck for fills.  Plus I was able to fill to the size I WANTED and get a good idea of implant size.

Check it out.  If you are in the Dallas area I would love to recommend my PS.  He has been amazing and I can not wait for the final results.

I will be having a double mastectomy next month and will be my PS's first patient to use them if he can get everything he needs in time. I am the one who recommended it to him and he jumped on board. I'm very excited about having these instead of tradition TE.

They need something like this for braces. I remember each time of tightening was so sore.

    Hi Adrachim,

I currently have the aeroform TEs and am scheduled for exchange surgery on Feb 14. Since they are so light, I’m wondering if the implants will feel heavy in comparison. What was your experience?

I will be getting Mentor smooth round plus with fat grafting.

    Thanks!

just the opposite. They were hard like I had coconuts in my chest!😂 I have silicone implants and immediately felt better. Can not feel the heaviness. They are so soft and look real.
