What time of day do you take Tamoxifen?

Options

I started Tamoxifen a month ago and have been taking it at dinner time or shortly after. I take it with food and don’t suffer much nausea when I take it. I do sometimes wake up feeling nauseated, and I’m wondering if I should change to time I take it. I hate feeling nauseated all day at work. What time do others take their dose, and when does nausea start, if you have it?

I took Tamoxifen first after breakfast for about 2 months but felt so exhausted , confused, muscle tensions, mood swings and can't work properly.

So I changed to take after dinner . Then I feel not bad in the days and can work well. I also take Evening Prime Rose Oil as supplement.

I started taking in the morning but noticed I had a headache few hours later and stuffiness, interfered with my day so I switched to evening when I can sleep most of it off. Whatever works for you, go for it. I've read some have split their dosage between morning and night. Im going to ask that question if its ok to do that at my next appt.

I take it right before bed. I've been on it for about 1 month. I also have occasional nausea. Also I think it's making the arthritis in my hands hurt worse.
