Can any of these be taken as injections rather than having to swallow pills?

Hmmm, I never thought about that. My Femara is about the size of a saccharine tablet (Maybe 1/10 the size of a penny).

My problem isn't swallowing a pill, it's my stomach issues with taking a lot of pills. That's why I wondering about not having to swallow a pill.

I've never heard of injectable AIs. But you could sure ask your oncologist.

I believe Tamoxifen is available in a liquid suspension for oral use.

Thanks for the replies, when the time comes I'm recommended for medication I'll speak with my doctors. During all these stomach problems (some caused after Melanoma surgery last year) I didn't swallow any pills except the stomach pills, decongestant, and sometimes Calcium/Vit D but nothing else. My stomach did heal, no permanent damage however now it's irritated again from the surgery meds so the idea of taking a daily pills for years is scary.
