HELP interpreting info margins not round or smooth

I had a fibroadenoma taken out benign a couple years ago. I had diagnostic mammogram done a few days ago and they did ultrasound and found suspicious areas in both breasts. Tech did sonogram then do for came in a end di them again. She focused her attention on the right breast in particular ad shows me a big black area. I was told flat out ita not a cyst and it's not fibroadenoma. Said stands out and is highly suspicious and the margins are not round or smooth. Does that mean its cancer. I am waiting on doing biopsies Wednesday as I have to be off plavix for 5 days prior to biopsies or ahe would have done the same day she said.
