Letrozole and Homeopathy

I’m 55 and am into my second week of taking Lextrozole after a lumpectomy to remove ER+ cells from RB. There seem to be a number of adverse SE’s listed of which I am having night sweats exactly the same as during menopause.
My question is that during the menopause I took homeopathy which helped a great deal but unsure if it’s ok to take with the Letrozole ? Anyone else tried homeopathy for the night sweats please ?
