new lump in other breast
was diagnosed 15 yers ago with IDC had radical mastectomy and 4 rounds of ACE chemo cocktail. now I have a new lump in other breast with some sporadic nipple discharge. oncologist has ordered mammogram ultrasound and referred to surgeon. says he does not think it is cancer but I am def concerned. any info will help

update , had 3D mammogram and ultrasound yesterday. nothing showed up on either imaging. ( my breast cancer was in exactly same place and did not show up on imaging either). The radiologist easily found lump by feel though. See surgeon Monday no matter what it is coming out. feels like I am reliving this nightmare over again although I am trying to keep positive. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Oh my goodness, Gamble. I have not experienced anything similar so am just offering that perhaps you need an MRI before surgery? That seems odd to me. So sorry you are going through this.

did not have MRI surgeons did excisional biopsy. Lump was 1.5 cm NO CANCER, feeling so blessed.
