IMF lift- Implants look like elf on a shelf!! ??

Hello all,

I had my first revision after four years.My two main objectives for my revision on 1/10/18 were downsizing the diameter and volume of my Mentor round 650 cc HP and raising the IMF since I’m short waisted. I’m struggling with the look of my now 500cc HP round Mentors because the diameter went down very little but the IMF is very high. They look like the bottom is flat not round so it’s like they are sitting on a shelf. I know all about dropand fluff and will be patient. I love my PS but it’s like he jammed them in too tightly. Any thoughts or hope? I really don’t want to revise again..ever..

    Well, I didn't have an IMF lift, but when I had my exchange in September, I too felt I had a hard shelf with an 800 cc implant sticking straight out! It was horrible and took a while to settle down. I am now 4+ months out since exchange and it is much better. It may take 2-3 months...

    Bless you!!! I needed reassurance!! I absolutely love the height of my new IMF but gosh I want those new implants to drop a bit. Ahhhh Patience!! Thank you!
