6 years post op-pain

Hello, so I'm hoping for some help. I had my implants about 6 years ago, following a BMX. my effected side has always been a bit mangled and swollen on top. I always have pins/needles on side and scar to touch. I have always done my thing, never hesitating on side of precaution. This time after shoveling, my effected side was a bit more swollen on the top area of breast, numbness under arm and down arm with pins/needles shooting in shoulder and back of shoulder. If I push on breast from top (pectoral it hurts but not terrible. My other breast is not swollen but I did feel Sometimes jabbing pain on side and underneath. I started wearing my sleeve and chest compression in which has helped bring down swelling. There is no redness or hotness. My arm is not swollen but I feel the numbness especially armpit., it is tight but after stretching it feels better.My worry is that I also had a root canal 2 weeks ago, I had antibiotics pre/post so it should be fine. But my nerves are getting the better of me.
