I'm 60 years old and have no history of breast cancer in family. In May 2017 had total hip replacement. 4 months later was in head in collision. Had huge hematoma on stomach lining and one in right breast. In December I finally felt well enough for my mammogram. They called me back two days later as they said something had changed from previous year. They did another mammogram, then 3-D mammogram then ultrasound.

Then the radiologist came in and did more with ultrasound measuring and getting pictures. He said I needed a biopsy and they set it up for two days later. My gynecologist called and said she had set up appointment with a surgeon for after the biopsy. The ultrasound showed 6mm spiculated asymmetrical lesion with possible infiltration.

The biopsy they took 4 core samples. They also inserted titanium markers and finally did another mammogram and took pictures with the markers now in. The next day they asked me to come back. The radiologist kept looking at final mammogram and found another spot. He was leaving for two week vacation and said it was unusual to see two spots and felt I needed another biopsy on that one and didn't want to wait until he got back. So I had second biopsy this past Tuesday originally they said 3-5 days for results. I called today and now they are saying 5-7 days. I'm a nervous wreck as of course I googled spiculated. I'm hoping for results on Monday Any advice
