Swollen supraclavicular lymph node?

Options

I had BMX with axillary dissection Jan '17 and finished rads in April '17. I had a complete response to chemo. Even though I'm a year out from surgery, my arm pit is still tight feeling and I have a little cording that crept back up. Two weeks ago I noticed a swollen supraclavicular lymph node on my cancer side. I'm getting it checked out this week, but I'm really worried. Hoping its just related to treatment side effects. I also had pneumonitis from radiation but that resolved just over 2-3 months ago. Everything I've read says a swollen lymph node in this area is typically a sign of cancer or metastasis. The little lump seems pretty movable and will slide around. I can't really tell that its gotten bigger since its only been two weeks since I found it.

Has anyone else experienced something similar and it been benign? I'm trying to be logical about it, but when the thoughts start creeping in I find myself shaking in fear. :(

Bless your heart Sunny I know you are anxious. Understandably so. Idk if it is relevant to your particular situation but my doctor told me if a lump is hard and solid it probably is cancer but if it’s movable and squishy most likely not.

I had one on my neck and freaked out too but it turned out to be fatty tissue thank goodness. Mine was squishy and movable by the way.

    Hope yours is nothing too.

I found a couple of swollen big lymphnodes under my clavicle around 6 months after mastectomy. It was terrible...my husband had to call for an imediately check out... I almost do not belive it yet, but they say it is not cancer... They call them reactive nodes and they are normal after surgery... Even years later..
