Thank you so much for posting this. It is essential reading for everyone, not just oncology patients! Reading up on how to obtain resolvins from diet it goes back to all the other beliefs / studies showing that cancer can be curtailed with proper amounts of Omega 3s (fish), flaxseed (thus giving credence to the Gearson diet), and all the green healthy veggies (plus avocados!) The important aspect is to add aspirin to the mix (other studies show that aspirin is helpful in staving off malignant cells). Now, what we need to know is actually how much dietary resolvins and how much aspirin to consume.
