First Breast MRI

Got the dense breast note and my doc got me in for my first breast MRI. Of course I’m reading waaay too much into how the nurse was so sweet and funny before and afterwards just no comments, nothing when I asked to see. Arggg waiting!

    Hi there Lories. From your signature it looks like you are a BC survivor and called in for an MRI to check out a possible recurrence? I can only send you warm wishes, and "happy vibes" that your MRI results are good. I'm sure you know the risks of recurrence are low, so hold onto that. I know the waiting stinks.

    Hi Georgia, thanks so much. Yes, I am a BC survivor and have always had dense breasts. This time my doctor noticed and sent me for an MRI.

    Worried because it seems like others 'find' things on MRI's - which of course is good, but, well you know. thanks and have a great weekend.
