Does anyone know what long term effects Letrozole causes on the body?

    Hi there. all the side effects associating with tis drug are a result of lack of estrogen. Unfortunately every vital organ needs some estrogen to function well. The symptoms are the same as aging. As far as long term effects, I don't know if that has been established. However, some joint issues can be permanent. Hope this helps!

    looking for oncologists who can give only herceptine in Illinois.

    As no doctor is ready to do it without chemo since it is not a standard care.
