Cancer as pre-existing condition...how long?

So how long does this stay on our permanent record? Since I am still on Femara i am thinking that it’s still going to be an issue on insurance applications and the like. I’m one of those who may be eligible to stay on Femara past even 10 years. Anyone have experience or knowledge of how long this gets held against us? Thanks

    Mary, it just depends on the individual insurance company and their underwriting guidelines. Often you can google the company and "underwriting guidelines" and find a copy. Makes a difference which kind of insurance too
