Lots of calcifications in one breast ,so worried
just got done 2 mamagrams, and a ultra sound, they found worrisome looking calcifications. So i went for a biospy. They put a tag in my breast also. The next day after the biopsy i get a call that i have to see my doctor on the 28th of dec. Now im worried . You think if it was good news they would tell you. so you dont worry. They were super nice to me when i was getting the biopsy. Just wondering if they know. I was told there were some benign and some worrisome calsifications. Im not enjoying the waiting at all, especially as its christmas. I really hope im ok.

I hope you are ok too, Princess.
I don't have any medical answers for you, but I understand the frustration and fear of waiting for a reply. It sounds like the doctors are being very vigilant which is essential.
It is very difficult to keep thoughts focused elsewhere, but maybe if you believe that all is well unless told otherwise, it could help during the holiday season.
best to you -

I had my apt. today to find out the results of my biopsy. Its breast cancer . 2 lumps the size of a pen end . Go to see surgeon soon in January. My surgery will follow shortly after. I just hope it hasn't spread to my lymph nodes or I will need chemo. I get to see someone quick at least. I had my good cry in the doctor office today , so thats out. I now got to hope they get it all and try not to worry in the mean time. I'm so glad I didn't find out the results before Christmas as it would of probably ruined it. I had a lovely Christmas with my family.

So sorry Princess. I too had two small lumps, one was .7 cm and one was .4 cm. Got them both out in one fell swoop with a lumpectomy and am now through radiation, thank God. You can make it and we are all rooting for you.

Hi Georgia,
Thankyou for the kind words. It means alot . Did they catch all of your cancer?
Sounds like we have something simular or fairly close. I hope i dont need chemo. It scares me . I dont like being sick at all.
Really hope your doing well.
