I was just diagnosed with invasive ductile carcinoma. I'm in my third tri and trying to figure out the next steps. Any advice or experiences would be much appreciated.

    hi star2017,

Yes! There are more of us than you would think. I was diagnosed in May during the second trimester. I had surgery, did four rounds of chemo and delivered a healthy baby naturally at 38 weeks. I just finished radiation two weeks ago.

Feel free to PM me if you want to talk. Sending you big hugs

I just wanted to express solidarity. I was diagnosed at 8 weeks post partum, at thirty-one. So I did my chemo and surgeries after birth. It was tough, but I had a huge amount of help and support and I’m now three year out and doing well. I was very surprised at how well my body bounced back, though of course, my new normal is very different than prior to cancer. Luck be with you and solidarity

In a year I will have a left mastectomy and recons
