Letrozole

I had lobular cancer, HR positive, but had double mastectomy. Lymph node clear, and margins clear. Have you heard of cutting the letrozole down to every other day for the last year? Side effects are awful heel pain, terribly dry everything, eye sight getting worse and I just turned 60.

mcraig...so sorry you are suffering with SE from letrozole. IMO you won't find a doc that would ok the lower dose simply because there are no studies that I know of that would support the effectiveness. I know there are people on this forum who have done it though. Good luck and keep us posted.
