Constipation - Long term chemo side effect

Hello. I am a 2.5 year survivor, triple negative. I finished chemo about two years ago. Since then, there has been an ongoing issue of constipation. My stomach is very sensitive and doesn't care much for the daily Miralax. Senna tea helps some. Senna tablets are a bit harsh. Has anyone found a solution to the constipation that doesn't cause nausea or cramping? Thanks so much for any help!

Donna: This thread has been invaluable for many of us. You'll have to do some reading, but there are lots of different remedies that people have found helpful.

Thank you so much for that thread. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was quite surprised to find so many people have this issue, considering my oncologist didn’t seem to think it was a normal long-term side effect.
