TE exchange for implants
I am having my exchange on 12/11, can someone help with figuring out size and softness. Really not sure how to pick. I held the implants up to myself but they all looked like pancakes to me, regardless of size. The ones that seemes to have a teardrop shape were textured and had health risks associated with them. I really am confused. I was a C Cup and am not sure how to even compare sizes. Any help would be great.
Thanks so Much

Was checking a few things after exchange for implants. Is it normal for both breast to feel really warm,
My implants do not seem to fill in they are really round and kinda flat, I am not sure about them. One good thing is they are soft.
Alos fat grafting had left me quite swollen and bruised. The swelling is really bad above my pubic bone, is that normal as well?

Hi CindyS2,
I hope you found the exchange to be smoother and easier than the MX. I had a small amount of fat grafting and the donor area was pretty sore (more than breast area). My lower stomach was a little puffy and swollen. Almost 3 months out, it's not swollen but still a little lumpy, hoping time will help. Did you have alot of fat grafting? I know some ladies that did were advised to wear compression garmet on donor area to help (not on breast where fat was placed). Also, if you had a good amount of fat grafting that could help the implants to stay warm. Initially mine were very cold. Now they aren't always cold. If I'm active and/or wearing lots of clothing they might be warm. Are yours extremely warm or red in any way? Or are you running a fever/feeling bad? If either of those then I think, you would want to call and ask your PS about it.
As far as how the implants look, they get better as time goes on. They drop some and "fluff" or whatever it is called but it takes few weeks/months to happen. Ladies who are several years out advise to step away from the mirror (hard to do) for a few weeks. I'm going to post a link for an exchange thread that may help you.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hi Cindy, I have very small implants - my choice. Mine are 200cc mid-profile. To me, they look like hamburger buns on my chest. Originally, I had high profile 300cc implants, but I hated them. I was so self-conscious. I did not want to have perky boobs so I chose to go with mid profile. There are times that my implants are cold to touch, but they don't make me feel cold. In clothes I look great...they are very soft.
Wishing you an easy recovery.
