Destination Doctors, do they exist?

Hi! I’m new here.
DCIS twice in one year that has led me to consider prophylactic mastectomy.
I can do whatever I want. I have no limitations. I consider this to be a blessing at this time. And I have time to find the best of the best.
With that being said, does this exist? Is there a surgical (mastectomy) plus plastics (reconstruction with implants) team that is considered the best?
Not considering money, travel or insurance, who would be considered the destination doctor(s) for this type of surgery?
I’m just thinking, if I could go to the best, why not? I don’t want to be bound by location.

the doctors at the Center for Restorative Breast Surgery in New Orleans is considered by many to be the creme de la creme, especially for DIEP and other flap reconstruction.
