Sister had a mastectomy - OnQ Pain Pump seems to not be working

My sister had her mastectomy surgery 3 days ago and is experiencing a lot of pain. She was given an OnQ pain pump but it doesn`t seem to be working as the fluid bag is still full. Has anyone ever experienced an issue like this or have any ideas how to resolve it?

    We're sorry you didn't get any real answers yet. Hopefully this post will bump the thread up and someone who reads it can help.

    You might consider also using the search function on the left blue menu and type in the words "ONQ pain pump", and you'll see every time those words have been mentioned in a post, and can then check out the thread.

    So sorry you're sister is still in pain. I would recommend calling the surgeon's office and asking them for trouble shooting tips.
