Cancer or phyllodes tumour

I have a birads 5. Dr feels sure its cancer from ultrasound and I'm waiting for my biopsy results. He said it was almost certainly cancer but there is a small chance its a phyllodes tumor and thats the only other thing it could possibly be. I have been reading the forums and most people get told that its cancer or radial scar with birads 5 but in my case I guess radial scar isn't a possibility? I'm wondering why the difference?I did see the cloudy/fuzzy margins and he said tissue around it looked disturbed. I am wondering if this is different than most people with birads 5 and what it means

    waytooanxious, a characteristic that radial scar and bc share seems to be spiculated margins (i.e. spiky) there is most likely a different characteristic that phyllodes tumors and bc share that gives him that impression from your images. When are your results due?

    I should have results tomorrow. I am expecting it to be cancer but hoping its not too bad in terms of aggressiveness and spread. I am scared and anxious
