What were your symptoms of lung mets?

i had a left mastectomy almost 2 years ago, but the last year i have shortness of breath just out of no where, and it goes away. I chalked it up to the fact my tumor was so large that he barely had skin to close. I had a 12 cm tumor that ulcerated fungated on my skin, but no lymp node or vascular invasion. I had my tumor for over a year before surgery, because they thought it was a cyst :(

so that is about 3 years that it had a chance to spread. So if it had, i would surely have major symptoms by now? I was stage 3 grade 3 triple negative. Ki67 was 95%

    Not everyone has symptoms, some people go to the doctor about an unrelated problem and find out their cancer from years ago has spread.  Shortness of breath can be a side effect of metastases to the lungs, but it doesn't come and go, just gets worse over time.  How are you being followed up?  I can understand your angst with being triple negative, but that doesn't mean you won't beat the odds.
