Expanders looking kinda flat...

I had my last fill couple of weeks ago. And my tissue expanders do not look like they have 650 ccs in them. And in clothes I kinda look flat, like an A cup. I wore a 34B before my double mastectomy and was hoping to end up a small C cup with implants. I see my doc next week but was told by my nurse at the last fill that I'm going to definitely end up smaller than the expanders. Is this generally true for everyone?

    I think it has to do with the overall size of your chest ribs ect. I'm petite at 5'2 and 150 lbs ( thank you steroids) I'm small C at my last fill and I have only 360 cc in. can't you get in a few more fills if you want? My PS said they will fill me a little bigger than what I actually want to be.

    Thanks Mucki. My expanders are for 600 ccs. So I'm overfilled by 50. And I'm feeling a little tight. Not sure I can handle more....just a little confused that they're not looking bigger. I'm 5'6, 145 pounds. My band size is 34. I've read through various threads and it seems most women get 400 - 500 cc implants and are C cup or bigger.
