    any ladies with Stage 1... did only hormonal therapy and ended with Mets? My oncotype came back 18, and 22 and two Oncologists said I do not need chemo. That it would only benefit me 2-3%... right now I'm just doing Zoladex shots and in December I start with Exemestane.

    Claudi, you can't have two Oncotype scores. Is it 18 or 22? They are both low scores, so I would assume that your MO would recommend no chemo. My Oncotype score was 14, so even with 2 positive nodes I did not get chemo. Best wishes!

    I have two tumors on one breast they did both of them oncotype

    I was stage 1 two times and no chemo. Never got the ONCOTYDX either. Hoping for the best though. I know some stage 1 ladies have had distant recurrences; it becomes less as the tumour gets smaller, and less when the tumour doesn't express Her2, or isn't triple negative and to some degree isn't Pr-. Your age also plays a part in treatment plans too. As time goes by, chances get less although hormone positive women can have late recurrences more often than triple negative women who get past the initial 5 years....theirs drops like a hammer while ours slowly declines.

    Claudi, I , of course, meant that you can't have two Oncotype scores for one tumor. Didn't know you had 2 tumors in the same breast. Odd that their scores are that far apart.
