Just trying to get advice on where to go next. I have not been diagnosed but have a dimple on one side -- noticeable with flexion and when bending forward. I have had negative tests including mammo, targeted ultrasound and MRI. Family history pertinent for distant cousins (3 with breast cancer all on mom's side) but no 1st degree relatives. BS feels comfortable letting it go but did state that we could also biopsy area under dimple as well. I want to let it go but keep coming back to whether or not I should have the area biopsied as we have no definite cause for dimpling. Anyone with diagnosis only from biopsy of dimple but negative diagnostic tests?

Dimple, I'm sorry that you're here and worried, however this forum is for those who have just been diagnosed. As you have stated that you've NOT been diagnosed, I would suggest you've put this in the wrong forum. You can certainly post in the "not diagnosed but worried forum" (as you did previously) or just update the thread you already have with DJMammo, who is an expert in bc imaging. Either way, this forum is for women/men who've been diagnosed.

    thanks for understanding
