Tamoxifen, fibroids and complex cyst

So I am back on the boards again . June I had trans vag/ trans ab ultrasound because I had been on tamoxifen almost 2 years. They found two fibroids (4.9 & 1.4cm). Obgyn thought might be tamoxifen related. Uterine lining was also 6mm so time for a biopsy. Biopsy was clear and I was to get another ultrasound in four months.

Which brings me to now. Large fibroid stable ( yea!), one slightly grew to 1.9 and two new ones a tiny bit over 1cm. But the part that freaks me out is they found a 1.2cm complex cyst on my ovary. I have read that tamoxifen can promote ovarian cysts in premenopausal women.

I was wondering if anyone has had a complex cyst and what your obgyn recommended? Am I destined for a hysterectomy? Or any information on these topics. I see my dr on nov 2.
