Pictures from the Nor Cal coast.

Lita those pictures are just breathtaking!! Thank you so much for sharing!! it's a piece of you.
So sorry for this new situation, there is no one else that could help you? A PA?? Why would you have to wait so long to have someone evaluate you? You need more the RO then the MO no?
Well the shower event is a reality, that's for sure. The lashes are really difficult to fix, Dani will be loosing eyebrows/lashes now with the new Rads.
-
Lita-great pictures- thanks for sharing. When I lost my brows I did micro blading-it made a HUGE difference!
I hope you and your DD have the best time ever! You two are making such wonderful memories.

Lita, I am so glad you made the trip! You are my hero! Hope the numbness is just temporary....
-
Z, I feel for you. It has happened to me to when I was away two weeks ago. When it hits you it's uncontrollable. My husband packed extra close in his backpack just in case it happened again. So embarrassing but looks like we all have our stories.
At least we can all laugh about it😂😂😂.

Lita - the pictures are great! Hope you are feeling better. How's the numbness?

Going home today. Wish we could stay longer, but DD has to work this evening.

Here's the tree...can't get it all in one shot.

Paula.
-
I want to see that tree, someday. Love that you got to go.💖🌲
-
That tree is amazing.
-
Lita, the pacific north west is the most picturesque area I have ever been! From Northern California, all the way up through Oregon. Those trees have a way of making you feel so small,so temporary. They are truly grand. I have always wanted to go back and see them one more time. Simply beautiful!
Love Chelle.❤️

left foot- of course I would continue to Seattle. Beautiful city. I haven’t visited in twenty years. I would start in San Fran and take the 101 all the way up. I would continue north to Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦There is a very special lady there. We all know her as wendy3. I would love to meet all of you. We have a special bond that only another cancer patient could understand. I really love you all❤️ We are in this shit stew together!

Fantastic Lita!
Chelle, you are so cute......
-
Haha Artist! If I’m cute, then you are adorable.
Have you ever posted any of your art work? I would love to see some! Do you enjoy painting or drawing? I have two left hands. Can’t draw at all! But I do love decorating!
Lita- how are you feeling? Headaches any better? That numbness subside? Hoping you are well and as spunky as ever!❤️
Love to all of you special friends!

Weig and Chelle,
The headaches come and go. My left eye is having issues. Saw MO yesterday, and she said we have to wait another month to see the TOTAL extent of the neurological deficiencies. They usually wait 2 mos b4 the re-scan the brain.
Numbness in right butt cheek and thigh comes and goes. MO also wants to wait and see what Taxol will do b4 scheduling me for more rads. Remember, you can only radiate an area one time or you can get necrosis and other delightful things. If they have to re-radiate my spine, they will have to figure out how to do it from another angle. I've had my spine radiated twice already.

Lita, that is a beautiful part of CA! I'm glad you got away!
Chelle, can I come too? I love that stretch of road! Hugs and prayers,
Claudia

Chill, mostly I do jewelry and fused glass art. I will post some soon!
Lita, I sure hope those headaches disappear....nothing more miserable and debilitating. Take care.
-
Lita, I hope today is a better day. Thinking of you. . .

Lita,
We visited Mendocino in July years ago and loved it. The town is so small that on our second walk through it we were seeing people we recognized from the previous day--and they us! We explored the headlands and shops and went to a screening of a new documentary. We stayed at the Stanford Inn. It has its own vegetable gardens and a fantastic vegetarian/vegan restaurant (we are neither, but loved the food and presentation).
Enjoy!

My blind spots and eye auras and headaches came back yesterday.
Sadly, my WHOLE BRAIN RADS were only supposed to buy me a couple of months, given that I have 20+ brain mets.
I'm going back on steroids, and we will see if we can push up my MRI scan date. One can only do WBR one time, so I may be moving on to hospice sooner than I think.
My vision is getting really bad and it's hampering my ability to type, but that was to beexpected.
Sigh...

Lita first those pictures are beyond, thanks for taking the time to post.
LIta, MY DD is so close to having major vision issues, they are concentrating on the orbital (aside e/t else), maybe they could target that area, could it be that particular area and not the brain itself is the one giving you trouble. After she did her Brain MRI, they did a specific Orbit MRI.
Hope to see you typing some more,
-
Thanks momatt...I will be contacting MO and RO and see wht they say.
Hope Kaiser Permanente doesn't drop the ball on this.
L
-
Lita , I am sorry the headaches and auras have returned. Hope there is an option presented to offer some relief.
-
Lita,
Dangit all to heck. Fingers crossed.
Jennifer

Hi Lita! I'm sorry you are going through this again. Lifting you up in prayer.
?, is there an ap or program that would allow you to say your posts? Like Google voice let's you do that with cell phone. That way you can keep in touch. Maybe one of our mbc sisters can answer that question.
Hugs and prayers,
Claudia
-
Lita,
