Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you to all of the posters here that have encouraged me in the last two plus years as I have navigated this new way of life. You may not realize it, but this site was a lifeline for me (and I am sure, many others) upon diagnosis. I was a lurker and have only found the nerve to post in the last couple of months, but I wanted to share how invaluable it is to read about others' experiences. I live in a small town and did not feel comfortable joining a support group (not even sure there is one here) and only left the house for doctor appointments at the beginning. My DH bought me an IPad and I delved into this site. I have read about so many people's lives on here that I almost feel like a stalker. 😀 But "knowing" all of you has made me feel less alone and given me the courage to move on with every step along the way. I hope to come on here and encourage newly diagnosed ladies, but want to spend less time thinking about cancer. It is a love/hate relationship, isn't it. Love the site and people, but hate the cancer! Once again, thank you!

bump - I don't know if anyone saw this or just didn't feel the need to respond, but either way, it felt good to express my gratitude.

I, to, am very grateful. These forums served as nurse navigator for me as well, an opportunity for both education and commiseration.

This site was a lifeline for me also! Thanks for the positive feedback! We all travel a tough road on this "journey," and really need the support of those who have been there. Btw, weekends are always slow.

This site is my lifetime for me also, I got so much supports from many people that’s something I can’t forget. This journey I’m going through is so tough, I still need more supports.

Thank You breastcancer.org and all the lovely ladies and gentlemen members for your support and advice. I could not have made it through the last few months without your help. The information I found on the main site about my Phyllodes tumor is the only information I have read online thus far that is easy for me to understand. To the members and Mods thank you for being here to support me through all the emotional ups and downs of BC in general and all the surgery and treatments that come along with it. I don't feel along anymore. I have been coming to this site and forums every night for the last 3 months and the support I have received has helped me feel better, and lets me know that things will get better with time.

Thank you all for your TLC and Hugs! All of you have been my Lifeline and saver!

You have helped me learn to embrace my new normal.

    Hugs and Love to all,

    Sara
