I'm working with my last AI. Arimidex. The prescription is for the generic name. Anastrosole. (sp)

Should I request the Teva Manufacturer?

And if not happy with generic, should I ask for the brand name. I never thought about this for generic Aromasin or generic Femara. But am seeing this on the Arimidex threads.

    Hi!

    It doesn't hurt to try different manufacturers. Special K often recommends the Teva version because it has fewer fillers. I'm OK with my Aromasin, but if I wasn't, I'd try different manufacturers to see if it makes a difference.

    Thank you. I'm working with my pharmacy to start me on the Teva brand first. But wanted to see what others are doing.
