Where to turn blood clots recurrent strokes blood thinners
Was looking for some advice . Early 70s with three sites. Dcis zero Dcis stage 1 and another one not sure name . Absolutely can not have any treatment where I would have Togo off blood thinners. When off of them for biopsy had five strokes the week after . Not mini tias full strokes . Left with major language issues swallowing and some physical deficits . In stroke rehab now but am unsure what treatments can be done in such situations (can't have a lumpectomy or mastectomy as recommended) and am reading a lot of treatments can cause dvts

I am in no way qualified to offer any real advice but I would get my survival stats from my oncologists before making any decisions. Chemo can be hard on the heart. I'm sorry you find yourself here sending virtual hugs to you.

I was on Coumadin/warfarin during all of my treatment. Chemo, surgery, rads. Check with your MO. I didn’t have any problems.
