Scalp pain on arimidex

I have been on arimidex for over 4 years. I am feeling scalp pain top of my head off/on. Like having your hair in ponytail for a while and putting it down, that pulling hair feel. Does anyone else? Should I be concerned?? I do have sinusitis and fluid in ears, my neck in back is tense into back of head, I have tension headaches especially around eyes, not sure if related. Can anyone relate or have gone through this please?? Thank you
