Great read I think. I think this goes for all stages though. Nothing more maddening to me than people who just don't get, don't try to get it and say stupid stuff. The they don't know and are trying to be nice doesn't fly with me. I'd rather hear 0 or just say I wish you well.

It is frustrating that so many people believe that BC can be cured now. That is the danger in all the "Pink positivity" advertising.

No, I'm not cured, No, I'm not going to get better, that is what terminal means!

Artista, on your second list, I'm surprised that "Well at least you will get a free boob job" wasn't on the there. Yes, that has been said more than once.

Ha. Yeah, I've gotten that one. What a way to get a free boob job. I've been infected 3 times, had a leak in my radiated breast that took 5 wks to take care of finally with stitches, and just had another revision to them-- all caused by the radiated breast rebelling. So yeah, great, free boob job. stupids.
