CureDiva and BCO official partnership? Have you no standards?

This company CureDiva is horrible. It took seven days back in June to get a response to a return request for some ill-fitting mastectomy bras. And I just now got my refund today - three months later - after multiple requests and promises. I had to threaten to charge back through the bank.

Any company with policies and customer service so poor is NOT worthy of BCO's esteemed endorsement. Bad customer service is always bad, but I think there is a special place in hell for folks who take advantage of cancer patients. Especially when the owners claim to be our sisters.

    Oh goodness. We have not had a partnership with CureDiva since 2013! We had not realized that they had us still listed on their site as a partner! We have reached out to them to ask them to kindly, and promptly remove our organization from their site as a partner.

    I didn't even get an apology when they finally issued the refund. Edited to add: They also charged me a restocking fee after all that.

    I probably would have tried them once regardless, but that BCO endorsement means a lot to everyone around here. CureDiva definitely doesn't deserve it. Thank you so much for your prompt attention.

    Of course I had to get my final words in to CureDiva in the following email:

    Not even an apology for the extreme teeth-pulling it took to get my refund. Your company is horrible and I reported this experience to the powers that be at breastcancer.org, since your website boasts an "official partnership" with them. Come to find out that partnership was over years ago but you didn't remove it from your site. Your company is just shady all around, and they told me they have asked you to take down their endorsement. Hopefully you won't take three months to do it, since you are clearly trying to mislead breast cancer patients with high respect for BCO about the quality of your company. Disgraceful.
