Newly diagnosed and freaking about the unknowns

I know I have one invasive 5mm er+/pr+ HER2- stage 1. No idea about anything else. I was diagnosed Monday after a biopsy, MRI yesterday and genetic testing the day before. I meet with bs Monday.

Will he know more after the MRI? I don't really get the order in which things happen. I am mostly freaked out about telling my work. I need to work. I can't have no money coming in. I also don't want to tell them until I know my plan and needs. Outside of surgery I am hopeful I don't need treatment. I am still in the naive phase of being annoyed that this could interrupt my life and obligations. How dare cancer dictat my schedule!! Anyway,it is a worry I have.
