Biopsy report and questions

I had surgery Sept 1 and just received biopsy report over phone.  My original needle biopsy had grade 2 with a 2.5 tumor.  I received AC and Taxol chemo for 16 weeks before surgery.  The report said there was a very small spot left of ductal carcinoma in left breast with clear margins.  They had to take a cluster of 11 nodes which were clear because the sentential node injections didn't move.  Have any of you had to have additional treatment after having chemo and having a spot left?  I have a IHC positive with estrogen 30%, Progesteroin 5% and HER-2 IHC negative with Ki-67 of 75%. These numbers were from the first biopsy but haven't seen the surgical numbers yet.  Will see those Thursday when hopefully I will get the remaining 2 drains removed.  I have a bilateral mastectomy with right breast clear.

I assume your mastectomy was post chemo?  The mastectomy is an additional treatment.  It sounds like you had clear margins after surgery so other than reconstruction if you are planning on that, you should be good to go.
