4 yrs NED now postmenopause spotting and cramping. Terrified.

I'm having a uterine / endometrial biopsy today for bleeding and cramping for a week. I am concerned since I had Stage 3 ILC, that this is now mets to ovaries. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated. Terrified.

    I'm also need to make an appointment with my consultant as had very faint bleeding on and off for two weeks, not having had a period for 1 1/2 years now. It honestly could just be a period as my body was sent into early menopause due to chemo - not natural menopause. But I need to get it checked out just in case. Good luck.

    Impossible not to worry about these things. I have had 4 uterine biopsies the last few years because of post menopausal bleeding and all were benign. You do have to keep checking though. Hope you get results quickly so you won't have to worry too long. Best wishes coming your way.

    Please keep us updated. I have had symptoms for 2 months that to me point to mets to the ovaries (bloating, LLQ and LRQ pain and cramping, urinary frequency and urgency, total exhaustion,elevated WBC, small amounts of blood in the urine). My PCP sent me to a urologist who ordered a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis which I had on Thursday. This waiting is the worst!

    hi all just wondering if this is a common thing. I've been on zoladex for years. I had a period shortly after stopping and then nothing for 18 months. My blood results indicate I'm menopausal except my fsh is still not high enough for my doctors liking but my esterioral and progesterone are below limits of detection. Now I have had four periods spread over 6 months. It's regular and I'm getting systems like ovulation about two weeks before my menses. Anybody got any idea what may be causing these symptoms. Fibroids, polyps ? Off to see gyno next week.
