North of RR our choices get slim:
We haven't been to Salado in a while, if y'all are up for that little cafe we went to once- McCains Bakery and Cafe with a stop at tht fudge shop
In Georgetown there is:
Monument Cafe,
El Monumento has a Brunch Buffet Saturday & Sunday 11am to 2pm. Prices are $17.99 for adults
There is also http://www.eatson8th.com/menu/#brunchand http://www.legacyhillsgrille.com/brunch.html
and an IHop

Jen,
For some reason I thought Eats on 8th had a fire....? If not, that is good for me, or Salado is fine. No to IHOP for me.
-
Terri, I had no idea! i messaged them, waiting for a reply and will call tomorrow if i don't hear back. thanks for the heads up!
-
okay, thanks Jen'. Maybe I am mistaken or maybe they have re-opened...
-
You were correct- and they have not re-opened. boo- their menu looked good.
-
it was a good place to eat...we went there a couple of yrs ago, maybe you didn't make it that time.
Maybe someone else will come up with something. I like Dos Salsas, if anyone wants Mexican.
Cindy, will you be back in town then?
-
checking in from Dallas to see if everyone is ok or needs anything. Hope everyone is safe.
-
Balthus, I think we are all good here. It's been kind of quiet lately. Thanks for checking! I hope all is well with you also. We are planning a get together soon, in the Georgetown or Salado area. I know it's a ways away, but pls come if you can!
-
Hi Ladies,
Are we still planning to get together this week-end? It's almost upon us!

See y'all there!
Candy, thinking of you and hoping you are safe. Would be nice to see you. I hope you can make it.
Balthus, Praying your Mom is okay.
Love the pic Vicki! Handsome pup
-
whoop! Can't wait. Loved our last visit to Salado! See y'all then!
-
OK ladies, Cindy will be back in October, I'm thinking October 29th, a last visit before the holidays start and things get hectic?
Houston area ladies, what do you think? Could we do the halfway meetup then? I know most of you have a lot on your plates, so if it is too much to deal with, then we can set our get together for after the new year. Or will you need a break from it all and a day trip to take your mind off things? I'll leave that up to y'all, but let us know as soon as you can so we can start looking for something in between us all.
Ladies in SA/Austin, if they are unable, maybe a trip to Fredricksburg or Blanco?
