I love the vendors that come by with their trucks! I have tried lots of the meat and fish, the shrimp .... it's all fantastic and easy-peasy!
Thanks Ter!!!! -
Too cold for icecream today as its going to be in the "teens" tonight, I think I'll do some hot cocoa! As yes they do have some yummy goodies! : )

Good for you, Ter, that you have found a solution to your dilemna about meals...and Schwanns is great for that. You sound excited again...looking forward to some better meals and enjoyment....you go girl....take it from wherever it comes from....and enjoy every last morsel!!!

I order from Omaha Steaks.....actually better than Swanns IMO and UPS guy just leaves it at your door. Not just steaks as the name implies, they have a chicken cordon bleu that is to die for. As well as fish, side dishes etc with a little cookbook and it is fast and easy. Marsha

Marsha, I order from Omaha Steaks as well. Their twice baked potatoes are wonderful!!!

I also go to Costco or Sam's Club and buy the individually frozen chicken breasts, huge packs of tortollini or ravioli and big bags of frozen vegetables.
It's so easy to take one piece of tin foil, lay it flat and then place a frozen chicken breast on top of that, put some frozen veggies on the chicken and then fold up the sides (so it's like a pouch or a tent so air can circulate). Stick in the oven or on the bbq and it's easy! -
Well you guys we both have beeb trying so hard to get a decent meal, yet tbere are those times that even Shwanns just cant win with easyness, and yep thats when PB and J come in handy, plus its nutricious...
But having pueneys again, and chicken noodle soup just doesnt get it, I started again, on the tuna, and it HAS to be fresh water solid white tuna only.....and dont like to mash it...and put it on a toasted bread and im happy and my tummy is happy, as I dont do big meals at all, ....
and guess what being i hate gatorade of all kinds, as I just cant get into it ever! I found a Gatorade since I dehydrate so easy, and its called Rain H20 and its not the gastly dark color of flavor, found it at Target and its a very very lite color which in my mind means its not going to gag me with sweet yuck, so I can finally get someting else in me besides water, as thats all i ever drink, and the dehydration it makes it happy and the flavor we found was berrry Gatorade Rain.... check it out if you have problems with gettikng liquids in you except water...
