Prolactinoma and BC?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there are any others out there that have been diagnosed with a prolactinoma (or another other pituitary tumor) in addition to BC?

I am still in the process of getting the type of BC. The CNB result she were suggestive of ADH however the cells do not show the "typical atypical" changes (If you are reading this MTwoman thanks for the info on the pathology expert. He agreed with this)

Anyway surgery for the breast mass should be scheduled soon and the diagnosis will have to wait on that.

As far as the prolactinoma, plan is to monitor for now.

    So glad you found his opinion helpful, although it sounds as if you still need to get the mass into pathology to be sure. I don't have any info on prolactinoma, sorry! I am hoping for the best outcome for you and sending big ((hugs))

    I am not nearly as concerned about the prolactinoma... if anything relieved. It helps explain the weird seizures I have, so that's one less unknown.

    I am doing some research looking for connections between prolactinomas and BC. If I find anything useful I will update this thread so anyone in a similar scenario can get that information as well.
