Arm muscle mild ache off and on, hand slight numbness

So I have an arm/muscle mild ache with very slight hand tingle/numbness once and a while. I always thought it was a nerve issue or even related to my anxiety until I was diagnosed. Happens to be on my right side. I never discussed it with my MO because it stopped bothering me until recently. My bone scan was negative. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue due to cancer?
