Chemo treatment n shakiness

Options

Hi, I am just curious if anyone has ever had this happen after having chemotherapy medicine, very shaky on the inside constantly? I have had this happening after having chemotherapy medicine doxorubicin n cytoxan back in April of this year. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Therealsvveetgirl, and welcome to Breastcancer.org,

We're sorry you're having this uncomfortable side effect! It must be very concerning. When you say "shaky on the inside," we're not sure exactly what that means -- could it be your nerves and anxiety? Some chemotherapy drugs can make you feel anxious, producing that uneasy feeling -- for some tips to help manage this side effect, see the main Breastcancer.org site's page on Anxiety.

We're sure others will be by shortly to share their experiences as well. We hope this helps!

I was actually shaky on the outside after my first (and only, so far) infusion, but had weird shivery waves of cold run head to toe (no fever) the first several days after. That went away

Hi, when I say shakiness on the inside, I mean like my nerves constantly shake on the inside of my entire body. I wouldn't think anxiety would make me have the constant shakiness along with other weird strange feelings such a crawling skin n I always feel like I'm in a constant brain fog. I have had this type of shakiness on the inside for approximately 108 days. Can someone please tell me what the grade thing means in cancer diagnosis?

Hi Mod, my oncologist has never explained anything to me about the breast cancer. Just that I needed to get a port put in n start chemotherapy. 😞

Leatherette, thank you for the reply. I wish you good luck with the chemotherapy treatment. I only had one treatment n no more. I just don't understand why I ended up being so shaky on the inside for now 109 days n no one can explain it. I have also have had no appetite. And a constant feeling of brain fog.
