gastric problems side effect

One of the side effects I found online only after it started with me - started 20ng Tamoxifen as a trial on July 24th, started having extreme trapped gas which seemed to be under my ribcage between my shoulder blades in back, for up to 6 hours at a time...nothing to relieve, tried everything...stopped the pills 3 days ago and feeling human again...also had huge bloated 'tamo tummy' for 13 of the 15 days too...that also gone...anyway I researched that side effect...found a link online...seems a lot of women suffer from this and it was pretty debilitating for me, so I am going to see my oncologist next week or soon, to try something different...will try 10mg dose and take at night before bed, instead of in the morning with my bp medicine...low dose on Lisinopril that is all I take...but I would like to hear from others who have suffered or are suffering from this debilitating symptom. No other symptoms, not wanting to take AI drugs, etc...bad for me who is familial high cholesterol and do not want to elevate that further. Anyway please help me here if you have had that problem. Had surgery late March for large lumpectomy, no chemo as it did not penetrate lymph system, 33 radiation treatments, and was found in January with mammogram, and needle biopsy and taken out ASAP because it was small but invasive ductal carcinoma...escaped to the size of a pencil eraser I was told. stage one, so very glad I caught it early etc. and do want to be safe...72 years old...HR+ cancer...but I need quality of life or I just will not take this drug. Took all my quality of life away very quickly, and I need that to continue to enjoy life as a widow without a very large friend base, and no companionship. thanks for any help with symptoms like mine and advice...
