    So I posted a few weeks ago regarding some lymph node swelling and weight loss. I had a CT scan and they found slight swelling in lymph nodes, largest was 1.4cm. They also found some lung modules ranging in size from 3mm-6mm. They will present my case to the thoracic board? I have another scan scheduled for sept 26th to see if there are changes. I am worried. I had a chest X-ray in 2014 and I it did not show any nodules. I understand they are different method. I hate waiting. Anyone with similar issue? I have read that most time nodules are benign, however I am a realist and would rather plan for worst than be surprised. Thoughts

    Hi Annidreat.My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 tnbc in 2015.I am operating her account on her behalf.She had pain in abdomen during passing urine and passing bowel.Her doctor ordered her a ct scan of abdomen and pelvis.She got report of her ct scan which showed a mass likely fibroid in uterus and a single 4mm lung nodule.As she was tnbc i became too worried but doctors are thinking other way.They are not concerned.We dont know if it was before or not.Because it was her first ct scan.She never had any type of scan.She only had a mammography prior to diagnosis.

    So dont worry everything will be fine.It could be from some past infection.I will ask for a pet scan for my mom.

    Lung odules are pretty common. Hopefully Yours are benign. Keep us posted
