Life after Chemo and Radiation

Hello everyone! I'd like to start or reintroduce a discussion on joint pain and fatigue after chemo/rad.
It's almost a year since first chemo treatment for Stage 1 Grade 3 breast cancer. I ended all treatment Janyary 21, 3013. But ever since then I get severe joint pain - major joints-ankles-knees-hips-elbows-wrists. Everyone sing along--head, shoulders, knees and toes-knees and toes...
Does anyone else get joint pain? I feel like the only one. Is it psychomotor? What are you doing to relieve the pain?
Please offer wisdom! -
HI I finished ACT (I'm still on Herceptin) on July 31st. I had some muscle pain from Nuepogen in my upper arms and shoulders but that was pretty much it. Around 2 weeks after chemo treatment ended, I woke up with severe joint pain in both knees and now it's all over..It feels like a burning swollen sensation. I gained around 13 lbs during chemo so at first I thought perhaps it was because of that, but now i don't know what to think. Ifeel like I'm I'm 75 years old. Does anyone know if the pain slowly goes away? I'm now halfway through Radiation and I know i'ts not because of that...What gives?

I am back. It is now 2017 and a while back I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I am sorry to the oncologists out there but I am sure this is long term side-effects of chemotherapy and radiation. I've tried Cymbalta--rash, Lyrica--rash and rage. I've tried lots of different things in between and I do not feel like the former self of vibrancy and Joy.
The fatigue starts with a hollow type of pressure or drained feeling in the back of my head and goes all down my back and legs. Fibro pains attack my joints. I've gained weight. The depression I experience comes from not being able to sleep well or feeling pains after moving about! I do not like the "poor me" attitude but there I am in full swing. Needing a nap soon

yes. I totally agree chemo and rads suck. I lost about 20 pounds plus thanks to chemo. I had very little issue when I was heavier. So having a lot more now sure does not make sense.
Been trying calcium, glucosamine, fish oil, ginger tumeric vitamin D prescription NSAID physical therapy epsom salt scrub and Olive oil scrub -daily.. All these supplements give me diarrhea from time to time. I am gratefully that I am alive but I will be paying for the rest of my life.
