Bi-lateral Mastecomy, reconstruction & lymph node disection

I had a bi-lateral mastectomy, reconstruction and 13 lymph nodes removed in early June 2017. I had physical therapy a few weeks ago and the therapy session caused severe pain, immobility, swelling and discomfort in the underarm, side and back area. I am better now however I still have a lot of swelling, scar tissue, pain and discomfort. I am very frustrated because this has pushed my healing back.
Did anyone experience this?
