Best doctor in Pittsburgh

I am in the beginning phase of all of this. I am being sent for a biopsy to make a definite dx but my report from the ultrasound showed a BIRAD5, Highly suspicious mass that is 6mm x 9mm x 9mm with ill-defined borders. I am from a small town in PA and want to be prepared with a treatment center and doctor in mind. Can anyone make a recommmendation for a facility and doctor in Pittsburgh
